Sometimes reading a continuous story line or maxi-series can get kind of exhausting or confusing. That is why it is always fun to read a compilation of short stories.
If you are looking for a bunch of random stories written by some of the most talented writers from the comic book industry accompanied by some of the most skilled artists, then "Tales of the Green Lantern Corps Annual" is for you!

Most fans are familiar with Green Lanterns Hal Jordan and John Stewart, and maybe even the Golden-Age Green Lantern, Alan Scott. But you might not know about the planet sized Green Lantern, Mogo, or the blind Green Lantern, Rot Lop Fan.
"Tales of the Green Lantern Corps" also reveals stories that were once believed to be secret, like the mystery behind the death of Hal Jordan's predecessor, Abin Sur.
If you still aren't convinced maybe you'll be happy to hear the about the talented names behind the stories, like Steve Englehart, the creator of Marvel's Shang-Chi and Star-Lord, and Alan Moore, the writer of "Watchmen" and "V for Vendetta".
So, if you are tired of reading long adventures that may or may not have a satisfying ending and would rather read short stories about heroes, villains, and just weird characters, "Tales of the Green Lantern Corps" is for you!
